May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such HARMONY with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus.

-Romans 15:5

The Google definition: (Noun)

1. The combining of simultaneously sounded different musical notes to produce chords and chord progressions having a pleasant effect.

2. Agreement or accord.

Harmony is produced when the different notes untreated in one accord or agreement.

It can be simple or complex, major or minor, loud or scarcely a whisper.

When music notes united in His praise, God is delighted.

For we have to come into agreement in order to hear each another to create harmony with one another.

But it isn’t just music which reveals harmony in our world.

It is seen when we walk according to His plans, aligning with the Kingdom.

It is seen when we forgive, listen, support and love up on one another, during the hard times and despite the stormy seasons.

For when and wherever we invite His Presence, unity flows and we begin to live in harmony, together.

For where the Spirit of the Lord is, harmony resounds as we bend the knee before Him.

When His people place their agenda aside and unite for His purposes, harmony begins to unfurl.

When we all hear the One voice, we begin to discern how we best fit together.

Harmony happens when we are intentional in seeking Him first, and chose to live our lives in the light of the Son.

May we seek the sound of His voice before all others, and learn how to best work together to produce the type of harmony most pleasing to God: United in love, all for Jesus.
