Tip 4 for when your emotions are up and down like a roller coaster: Do one thing each day for yourself that you love to do, every day. ⠀

If you have an especially hard time doing this, make it two things a day! Ideas: a bubble bath, listening to favorite tunes, read a chapter of a book, a quick walk, a cuppa… you don’t need to do it for long or spend almost any money on it – but make sure to do it. It’s healthy to take care of yourself. Remember, YOU are His beloved, and He loves you! Follow His prompts to take care of yourself. Its okay to feel joy for a few moments!⠀
