the five gifts of Christmas – E

HIHP E

When I read the miraculous history which led up to Jesus’ birth, I find my faith becomes stirred with excitement. But even more than that, the gift of expectation.

I feel emboldened to come and ask my requests of you, expecting that You can and will move and meet the needs I lay before You, because I have seen You do so, again and again, in Your Word!

“So come with expectation, everything abandoned, look and see the glory of our God. Lift your voice to Heaven, Jesus is our anthem, celebrate the wonder of His love!”

Word: “In the morning, Lord, You hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before You and wait expectantly.” Psalm 62:5 NIV
