“Charm is deceitful, beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord will be praised.” Proverbs 31:30
Years ago, I heard Kim Hill sing the above verse, which deeply impacted me. It made me look more at how I was clothing myself on the inside than my outsides.
Humility before God is one of the most attractive and beautiful ways we can clothe ourselves, especially to Him!
Another way this is seen is through our countenance…
“Those who look to Him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.” Psalm 34:5
Our faith and trust in God can be visibly seen, friend. When we bend the knee before Him, and look up to Him instead of any circumstances going on about us, we are essentially clothing ourselves with our faith. Essentially inviting Jesus to literally clothe us, as we welcome His Presence in all things and at all times.
