SAME.
I am learning it’s okay to let my tears flow whenever my heart takes a beating. I hope you are learning to do the same.
I believe Jesus cries along with us, for what hurts us hurts His heart too out of His great love for us. He cried over the loss of Lazarus, His friend, yet also because He knew the hurting which would be going on inside of Mary & Martha over their loss of their brother.
The same is true for all of us who believe in Jesus too.
For we are all HIS FAVORITE. He longs for all of us to draw near & let Him love us right where we are at… even when we are broken hearted, runny nosed emotional blubbering wrecks, weighed down by grief or stress. When your favorite person is hurting, we can’t help but want to comfort and be with them… just as He wants to do for each of us!
