“Better is one day in Your courts, better is one day in Your house. Better is one day in Your courts than thousands elsewhere.”
Psalm 84:10 reminds us that there is no place better to be than beside You, and no one better to be with than You.
There are many with the mindset that they need regular vacations to escape their day to day lives.
You have shown me that there is a better way to achieve rest in my life.
By walking with You moment by moment. By spending time seeking You both in Your corporate house, and within this temple.
You have shown me that there is no one better to listen to me, to give me guidance, to calm my nerves, to love me to life, to heal my hurts and infuse me with hope on the hardest of days.
One day in Your courts is better than anywhere else, because You are present.
It’s always better to be a part of a team than to walk alone, and even better when your walking partner is the God over all!
“There is no one better” will always be part of my forever song of praise!
