I don’t need to have it all figured out.
By “it”, I mean the big scheme of things. You know, everything.
What a relief!!!
Today, this verse jumped out at me, calming my frazzled nerves and sĺeep deprived mind. God met me right where I needed Him to, reassuring me (again) that when I turn to Him first and follow Him where He leads me, He equips me along the way!
“We take our lead from Christ, who is the source of everything we do. He keeps us in step with each other. His very breath and blood flow through us, nourishing us so that we will grow up healthy in God, robust in love.” Ephesians 4:16 MSG📖
📍He IS my source!
📍He IS leading me!
📍He keeps me in STEP with Him, and those around me!
📍His LIFE flows through me!
📍He NOURISHES me.
And why?
SO THAT… (the reminder to pay attention to what follows next 😉)
… WE (you and I) WILL grow up healthy in God AND robust in love.
My overall health and wellness is intermingled with my obedience to follow Him!
When our (His & my) relationship is strong, I will overflow with love, because I know He is with me, equipping, filling, loving & leading me!
So I don’t need to have everything figured out all the time, because my God does!
