{WAY MAKER}

“Even when I don’t see it, You’re working. Even when I don’t feel it, You’re working. You never stop, You never stop working. You never stop, You never stop working.”

“Way Maker,” by Sinach

These past four weeks have been a wild ride, filled with the unexpected: some let downs, a few regrets and losses mixed with some wins, a few breakthroughs mingled with answers to long prayed prayers.

Maybe you can relate.

There were a few moments where I felt like getting off the ride, because I couldn’t see the Light for the darkness blocking it.

And “Way Maker?” This worship song has been my victory song. Even before I saw Him releasing freedom, hope and truth into me, He was working. Even when I was overwhelmed, He never stopped working. He hasn’t stopped working on humanity’s behalf since He made us, and He has no intention on doing so until the final battle is won!

What I realized by proclaiming this song to be true even before I saw God working? He revealed Himself more powerfully than I could have imagined. Because praying small doesn’t give Him the opportunity He longs for to bless our socks off, friend.

Not only did He show me He was always at work in and behind the scenes, He revealed Himself to be each of the Names listed in the chorus, because that is who He is:

  • WAY MAKER.
  • MIRACLE WORKER.
  • PROMISE KEEPER.
  • LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS.

If you too need to lift Him high above your situation, the version by @leeland is the one I can’t stop singing. (And honestly, I think I may add it to my forever fave list.) You too can check it our here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJCV_2H9xD0

What song is on repeat in your home on the rough days when you need to boost your faith & press in to His Presence?
