{❄️PERSPECTIVE❄️}

I spend a lot of time walking to and from work. From one bus to another, across the mall parking lot, one end of the mall to another to get to my main job, to the local coffee shops to meet my social media clients, home from work when timing doesn’t work for a lift or the weather is good.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some days, I get tired of walking, especially when the snow makes things slippery.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then I remember to look up.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And wonder at each snowflake that catches on my gloves. How despite the fact that most of us never take a closer look, God continues to make one of a kind snowflakes to shower down on those of us in the snow belts of the world.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
His attention to details like this is wondrously mind blowing! How He can make beauty from ashes, restore the broken, and do amazing new things in our lives despite our pasts never stops sending a thrill of amazement down my spine.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“He orders the snow, ‘Blanket the earth!’ and the rain, ‘Soak the whole countryside!” (Job 37:6 MSG)’
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So instead of focusing too much on the step by step of where I am headed each day, may I always remember to look up to see what You are doing, then join in the wonder of how You are working in the moment, God.
