Do you ever feel some days like you have exhausted His patience, and His grace is about to run out?
I know I have. More often than I am comfortable to admit.
What I have discovered in those low moments? I was wrong, so so wrong! 😂
His grace is more than enough of a match for my doubts.
Once confessed, my sins are removed from me forever, as far the east is from the west (Psalm 103:12) because of His gift of grace displayed on the cross. For you don’t give us what we deserve, because of Your amazing grace!
And just as I was trying to put into words the wonderous truth, that Your grace will never run out towards Your beloved children, You point me to this perfectly captured quote:
“As a bird cannot exhaust the air in the sky nor a fish exhaust the water in the sea, neither can we exhaust the grace of God.” – C. H. Spurgeon
Not only did You remind me of this truth yet again, You also reassured me that I can always bring my doubts and honest feelings about anything to You at any time.
And know that Grace, Your wonderously costly not to be take for granted grace, will meet me there – every single time.
When I take my eyes off of Your face, You gently reassure me all You do is lead by Your love & grace. (Psalm 145:9)
