Ready for a new wardrobe?

“So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline. Be even-tempered, content with second place, quick to forgive an offense. Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you. And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It’s your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it.” (Colossians 3:12-14 MSG)

These past several months, the Word has become more precious to me. Especially verses like this which give me the tools I need to walk out my faith despite stress, Covid-19, pain, relationship strains; feeling lonely, unworthy and weariness.

Today’s Word reminds me:

☑️I am chosen. By God. To live a new life!

👗God gives me a wardrobe to choose to wear each day.
-compassion
-kindness
-humility
-quiet strength
-discipline

👩Be in control of your emotions. It’s okay to not be first. Forgive as God forgave & forgives you.

💕Over everything else, wear love. It helps me be ready for anything, and is suitable for every situation.
