“Let the peace of Christ keep you in tune with each other, in step with each other. None of this going off and doing your own thing. And cultivate thankfulness. Let the Word of Christ—the Message—have the run of the house. Give it plenty of room in your lives. Instruct and direct one another using good common sense. And sing, sing your hearts out to God!” (Colossians 3:15-16 MSG)
I love how these verses remind me of a few favorite tools I am meant to be using in my life as often as possible.
🌿His peace helps us stay connected and moving together, something which can only happen supernaturally!
🌿Choose to feed our thankful thoughts, on purpose, and encourage them to grow.
🌿His Word is meant to not only fill our lives but to direct us on how to live, His Way.
🌿Use your common sense when helping one another see which way they need to go. Don’t confuse matters!

🌿Sing your hearts out to God! (Years ago, a friend showed me how to sing the Word back to God, to literally pour out my prayer in song. As He gave me these pipes, singing my prayers is a great way to offer that gift back to Him!)
