This time last year, I was feeling what I thought were the seasonal blues. Turns out I was dealing with a combo of super low vitamin D and mild depression. And then Covid-19 arrived.
The word WEARY incorporates more than just bring tired or unable to sleep. Biblically, to be weary means to be ‘exhausted in strength, endurance, vigor, or freshness.‘
I find myself weary right now, friends. Not so much in strength, but in need of refreshing and restored vigor, to help me keep going with purpose.
And although extra sleep, eating fairly healthily, and keeping up my Vitamins B12 & D help, there are three other key components to battling weariness which I will be sharing with you this week.
