Staying at home & being present

Comfy clothes, warm slippers, popcorn & World Jr Hockey night in Canada made for a quite content evening at home last night. And coz 🇨🇦 made it to the gold medal match, will happily do it again tonight as I cheer from my sofa.

Learning to be present so I don’t take moments like these for granted, and fully enjoy them as they happen.
