Breaking up with worry – part 2

One of the things I was initially worried about with Covid as we entered the fall was clothing. How would I find out if it fits without trying it on? Will the stores be open when I need something?

God quietly has been blowing this worry out of the water as I have turned to Him in faith. He has lead me to several reasonably cost and log lasting items as I have needed them, all in my favorite colors and within my budget. Just one more way His loving care continues to unfold towards me as this pandemic continues to swirl about me. The peace I have knowing He’s got me is priceless.

“And why would you worry about your clothing? Look at all the beautiful flowers of the field. They don’t work or toil, and yet not even Solomon in all his splendor was robed in beauty more than one of these!  So if God has clothed the meadow with hay, which is here for such a short time and then dried up and burned, won’t He provide for you the clothes you need, even though you live with such little faith?” (Matthew 5:28-30 TPT)
